Textile Printing Chemicals

Textile Printing Chemicals are basically comprised of Printing Binders that are mainly Polymers with very specialized formulations used to transfer and print designs, patterns, and colors/pigments in emulsion form or paste onto fabrics with precision and durability.
These Printing Binders are printed through Screen Printing Process either through hand tables called table printing or through semi automatic flat bed printing and or through rotary printing machine with the help of rotary screens. These chemicals play a vital role in achieving vibrant prints, excellent color fastness, and high-quality finishes in the textile industry.

From fashion apparel to home furnishings and industrial fabrics, textile printing chemicals ensure consistent results, sharp detailing, and long-lasting performance.

Pre-treatment printing auxiliaries
Textile printing auxiliaries are compounds used during the fabric printing process to bind dyes or pigments onto textiles. They enhance fixation on the fabric of the Printing binders along with the pigment pastes or the inks. These Fixers and other auxiliaries like surfactant, emulsifiers and mineral powders like Titanium Dioxide, Silica, Calcium Carbonates and other special Minerals.
They help control color penetration, fixation, opacity whenever and wherever required along with print clarity sharpness and good wash-ability while maintaining fabric softness and strength.
